Meet Christine

Say hello to Christine! She is the Chairwoman of Nakweni Sisters. Christine has five children from primary school age to just leaving secondary school. Her oldest daughter (pictured below) dreams of going to university in Arusha to study accounting.

Christine is also a midwife for the village and a Primary School committee member. She is a grandmother and first wife to her husband. She has a passion for leading other women to be accountable in small businesses and to strive for excellence. She has a soft voice, loving heart, contagious smile, and a great business sense. She has loved to do beadwork since she was a young girl.

Christine’s daughter has been accepted to University! We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
